Job Duties: |
Analyze clients' software application systems & review
feasibility of new systems. Consult with clients to identify current
operational procedures. Present options for possible solutions to problems,
assessing each option for both tech & business suitability. Utilize
various programming concepts & platforms, incl. RDBMS, ASP, PHP & MySQL in
creating customized solutions.

Requirements: |
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems,
Computer Science, Engineering or Math plus at least 6 months experience in
related field

Junior Web Designer (Part of Full Time) |

Responsibilities: |
95% of jobs are web design related
Develop comps and prototypes for new website order
Develop 2-3 concepts in JPG per order
Slice approved images into HTML
Assist senior web designer with coding and other works
Ability to use CSS / Javascript
Communicate with sales team or directly with clients to conduct revisions and submissions

Qualifications: |
Web Designs: candidate will be judged based on the quality of the web design skills and portfolio. Logo / print / Flash skills are a plus, but are not of the primary emphasis
High-End Designs: our design portfolio demonstrates simplicity, intelligence, and sophistication. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to create design of similar qualities
Intelligent Person: candidate must demonstrate the ability to understand both the design and business problems within the project, and work with clients and other team members to find a solution
Quick Worker: candidate must demonstrate the ability to work quickly and efficiently with all graphic software
Heavy Work Load: candidate will be asked to manage 15-20 active projects at a time and will be expected to prioritize work and design schedules in conjunction with instructions from the managers
Fast Response: candidate must be able to multi-task and respond to client's revision request within 10 minutes for small changes, for example, and develop design revisions quickly for submission
Team environment: candidate must exhibit good communication skills to work with other team members including the sales, programmers, and other fellow designers

Driving with valid license a plus

COMPENSATION: |
Compensation will be based on candidate's experience and quality of work.
The first 2 weeks will be the trial period to assess candidates abilities and qualifications.
