Electronic Conductor

Mitsubishi Rayon's electronic conductor for lithography, aquaSAVE, is suitable material for the applications of semi-conductor manufacturing and/or mask fabrication. aquaSAVE will function as an antistatic agent.


When used at lithography by e-beam, aquaSAVE can be directly coated onto resist. The material has no negative effect on the resist performance.
